Tafraout

Tafraout is a small Berber town of the Moroccan Anti-Atlas located 180km south of Agadir in the heart of the valley Ammeln amid a circus of pink granite rocks, famous for its colors. Tafraout is surrounded by a myriad of rocks of various shapes, rising above a grove home argan and almond groves and olive trees. The Ammeln, the Berber tribe that lives in the valley Tafraoute, cultivate cereals and many fruit trees, almond trees . Over the years a significant portion of its population is expatriate outside the city and the region and holds almost everywhere in Morocco and elsewhere, shops or other financial or commercial activities.
